Yes, you certainly can.

You can upload all types of images into Integrate, even diagrams (you can see How does the image analysis work?), by just:

1. Click on "+"
2. Select "photos"
3. Select a photo from your library
4. Your photo will be analyzed by Integrate and it will extract the text from the image into a snippet.
5. Now select/write the topic of your snippet and add it to a notebook.
6. Click on "Create snippet"

This way you can extract text from your pictures and transform them into text snippets easily, allowing you to store information that's not digital text yet.
